The Audience feedback feature gives your readers the opportunity to share feedback about your content when it matters most — directly after reading your newsletters.
This feature can be setup within your newsletter settings. If you have multiple newsletters on your site, each can have a different setting for Audience feedback.
From Settings → Email Newsletter → Newsletters, click the Edit button for the newsletter you wish to update. Under the Design tab, in the Footer section, Ask your readers for feedback allows you to toggle the Audience feedback on or off for that specific newsletter.
When enabled, your audience can react to your content directly at the bottom of each newsletter you send. Feedback will appear in the post analytics for each individual newsletter. You can also view individual member feedback, directly from a member profile in the activity feed.
