Why should I use this instead of self-hosting?

I'm a business user, can I be billed annually?

Not yet, although we do plan to offer annual billing in the very (very) near future! Stay tuned.

How are "views" calculated?

Views refer to the number of (real) people who visit your blog. These are tracked much like an analytics 'pageview' - and counted each time your page has fully loaded.

What happens if I go over my view limit?

Nothing. If you consistently go over your limit every month, we'll email you and ask you to upgrade. You never get automatically suspended for too many views. Occasional traffic spikes = no problem.

What if I have more than 1,000,000 views?

After your first million views we charge a flat rate on top of your plan value based on usage. Get in touch with us and we'll put together a custom plan just for you.

Can I use my own domain name?

Yes! You can use any domain you like and point it at your Ghost(Pro) blog in the space of a few minutes.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all Visa, American Express and Mastercard credit and debit cards. Currently we do not accept Paypal.

Are the prices the same worldwide?

For EU customers, prices do not include VAT, which is added when we process your payment.

Is there a contract with this? Can I cancel?

You can change plans or cancel your account any time. This is done quickly and easily via your User Settings area.
