Alex ran strategic news partnerships at Facebook after a decade of work in the media industry with a focus on local news. Today Alex runs our publisher partnerships at Ghost, and leads our work alongside Google News Initiative.
Peter served as VP of Product at The Information, where he oversaw the growth of one of the world's most successful subscription-based modern media oganizations from inception, to tens of thousands of paying subscribers.
Paul is a highly skilled software engineer with over 15 years of experience. Having worked with Ghost since its inception, he leads engineering for all customer data migrations and customization solutions.

How much does the Concierge program cost?
There’s no charge for a Concierge project—we just ask that you commit to running on Ghost(Pro) by taking out an annual hosting subscription for your first year before we start the project.
Am I eligible for the Ghost(Pro) Concierge service?
Concierge helps existing websites move to Ghost. Your site may have been running for over a decade, or it might be early days, but you’ll have an existing website or email newsletter, and an established audience too. You’ll be comfortable investing for a year on the Creator, Business, or Team plan.
What help should I expect?
Our aim is to deliver high-impact support so that you can hit the ground running with Ghost. The package of support provided varies from project to project but typically includes:
- Migration of your existing content, to make the move as smooth as possible for your readers
- Migration of members & subscribers, for a seamless move of your business to its new home on Ghost
- Priority support, so that you get fast answers to questions during the first few weeks
- Guidance on building a successful content business using Ghost
- Working with your in-house developers or contracted Ghost Expert if required
Will my application be accepted?
We’re a small team, but we’re committed to helping all eligible projects. If your project is eligible we’ll reach out to discuss your needs, confirm what we can offer, and suggest a timeline.
If we feel we can’t make an impact on your project, we’ll let you know straight away, and ensure you have access to all the resources you’ll need to be successful.
What platforms can you migrate?
We have a wealth of experience migrating sites from platforms like Substack, WordPress, and Medium. However, there are some platforms which we cannot migrate from. Tell us what you’re using today and we’ll let you know what is possible, or you can read more about specific platforms in the technical documentation.
