Paid member analytics improvements
Understanding how your paid membership is growing — and where that growth is coming from — helps you see what's resonating with your audience. After launching native analytics in Ghost 6.0, publishers told us that some key paid membership insights were harder to spot than before.
Based on your feedback, we’ve made a series of improvements to the Growth tab of your dashboard to bring those signals back into focus.

Here's what's new:
- Growth breakdown by cadence and tier — See exactly how your paid subscriptions split between monthly and annual plans, or across different tiers, for any time period. No more filtering members to see which offerings are driving your growth.
- Change in paid subscriptions, front and center — The change graph now lives at the top level of your dashboard, with new options to view by day, week, or month based on the time period selected.
- Clearer member counts — Hover over any point on your paid member chart to see a clear breakdown of paid subscriptions and complimentary members.
These updates make it easier to spot trends and understand what's working at a glance — so you can spend less time analyzing, and more time publishing.
Ghost(Pro) users can log in and start enjoying all of this right away! If you're a developer, self-hosting Ghost, you'll need to update to the latest version to get access to everything that's new.
If there are ways you think this feature could be more valuable based on the way you use Ghost, we’d like to hear it — feedback@ghost.org.
