Analytics for email sequences
When we launched automated email sequences for new free and paid members, the emails went out — but you couldn't see how they performed. Were people opening them? Clicking through?
Now, every email in a sequence comes with full analytics, right inside the automation canvas.
Analytics are live in both the free and paid welcome flows starting today, no setup required. Select any email step to see sends, opens, clicks, and which links members clicked most, so you know how each one performs and where to improve.
Email analytics are part of the automations beta. To turn it on, head to Settings → Labs in Ghost Admin and enable Automations.
This is another iteration as we build toward a broader automation suite in Ghost, with your feedback directly shaping what we prioritize next. Use the feedback button in the left sidebar of Ghost Admin to let us know what you'd like to see from here.
Ghost(Pro) users can log in and start enjoying all of this right away! If you're a developer, self-hosting Ghost, you'll need to update to the latest version to get access to everything that's new.
